I happened to have loved the original Viva Pinata game no matter how many stories I read about its somewhat pathetic sales. My wife actually questioned me a couple times when I asked for the original Viva Pinata for christmas, but I definately got my moneys worth out of it. Playing a total of over 2 full days, which includes playing it AFTER obtaining all achievements. So I have pretty high hopes for the upcoming new release of Party animals. Some official speak to follow for those of you that don’t know what the game is all about, and a sneak peak at the achievements

This game let’s players become one of the Piñata characters from the popular Saturday morning cartoon – Franklin Fizzlybear, Hudson Horstachio, Paulie Pretztail, Fergy Fudgehog, and more – as they compete in a series of more than 50 mini-games and races across Piñata Island. It includes multi-player contests, like Burps Ahoy!, where the Piñatas send a sailboat across a lake, powered by their own belching or Blown Away where you play a game of hot potato with your friends tricking them into being the one left holding the exploding jack o’ lantern.
