Supported Services

Introduction

I don’t have a ton of things to provide, but if you are interested you are more then welcome to try out any of the tools I currently develop.

360voice.com

My various programming tasks in the xbox community (and high use of the 360voice APIs) made me one of the top choices when the guys at 360voice were looking to add a new member to the team.  I am glad to be part of the team!

360Friendspot (Xbox Community Site)

This is an xbox 360 fansite dedicated to being a place for friends.  It is owned, developed, and supported by myself alone (with some help of a few of the regulars).  Previously I worked on this with another developer who is over in Italy (ZaaM), but he has moved on and no longer works on the site.  On the site we have community forums, as well as the ability to save your own gamelist - so you can easily show your friends what games you actually own. Finally we also provide every game a completely free blog to use as you wish.  After theliveeye.com shut down the site hasn’t had as much traffic as it used to - but we are doing OK with the few regulars that stuck around, and the new members we get each day - stop by and join the group!

360friendspot is where The Live Eye was originally created as well.

Friend Finder: has been moved to ZaaM’s blog as he was the original developer of the tool.

Madden-Stats.com

A site dedicated to showing your game stats from Madden in a different way. All you have to do is sign up, and provide us with the contents of the stats emails that EA Games sends you and we do the rest. You are able to see your stats in a graphical format, as well as see your average performance in each of those stats. This site is developed and mantained by myself and Ymiris.

Challenge Scout

A small tool used to help you ’scout’ out your competition in a 360 voice gamerscore challenge. Simply provide your gamertag, and others you are going are planning to compete against and let the challenge scout try and give you the possible outcome of your challenge. Additionally if you are in a pending challenge, 360voice has provided a link to auto fill all the challengers for you and save you all those keystrokes.

360Voice Wordpress Plug-In

This is a pretty simple plug-in that I built for my own use here on my blog, but after talking with some friends that wanted to use it as well, I decided to provide the ability to download and use it on your own wordpress blogs.

360Voice Rabbit Tracker

This one was just for pure fun, it tracks the random “Follow the white rabbit” badge that the boys over at 360voice.com award to what seems to be a random member each day (sometimes longer).

360Voice API to RSS

I got a request from dotKenneth to convert one of the voice APIs to a standard RSS format based on my previous work with the voice APIs. So I created a utility that will convert the get-score api from the API format to a standard RSS format for him. I decided to list it as a public service, in case others of you could benefit from its use.

Unscripted 360 Medals

Ever notice the little “medals” that are displayed  on Unscripted 360 blog & podcast when you leave a comment?  That was custom built and supported by yours truly for my friend Deacon.  If you for some reason have never been to his site - stop by and pay him a visit, tell him Squid sent you!

UnlockTheAchievment.com

This was a unique contest thought up and arranged by Daking240 from 360sync.com.  I did all of the database work, and coding to make the dream a reality.  The concept was 43 sites hid 5 images on their websites and people had to find and unlock them, there was a total of 216 achievements in the contest (1 was a secret hidden on a secret site not part of original 43).  It was linked by Major Nelson, Joystiq, xbox360fanboy, xbox.com, as well as all the participating sites, and served over 40,000 unique visits, about 4,500 registered users, and over 72,000 unlocked achievements.

TheLiveEye.com (The Live Eye / Xbox Community Site) [Retired]

A site dedicated to spying on your gaming while connected to xbox live. We track any activity that you do on your xbox 360 while connected to xbox live - this includes listening to music, viewing pictures, watching videos, and of course playing games (xbox orginal backwards compatable games, arcade games, demos, and 360 games). Your profile also shows the games that you have all 100% achievements in, and links to your profiles on other sites and official xbox.com profile. This originally started on the 360friendspot site, and was rebuilt and reformatted as its own fully functional site. Like 360friendspot, this site is developed by myself and an italian friend ZaaM.
